In all cases where we function as tenderer or supplier, where we are given assignments, or contracts are signed with our company, the terms and conditions of the Metaalunie are applicable. These terms and conditions are lodged with the registrar of the Rotterdam Court of Justice. Any other terms and conditions will not be accepted.

Supplement to our terms of delivery
Hollimex Stainless will not be responsible and will not be liable for any damage or loss due to a shortcoming in the fulfillment of its obligations, if the shortcoming is connected to COVID-19 related circumstances. Exceeding the delivery time and / or execution period does not in any way entitle the client to terminate the agreement.
