In all cases where we act as a provider or supplier, the Metaalunie Terms and Conditions apply to our quotations, orders placed with us, and agreements concluded with us . These terms and conditions have been filed with the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam.

Any other general terms and conditions are expressly rejected.

Addition to our terms and conditions of delivery

Hollimex Stainless is not liable for damages resulting from a failure to fulfill its obligations if the failure is related to COVID-19 related circumstances.

Exceeding the delivery time and/or execution period does not under any circumstances give the client the right to terminate the agreement.
