We charge an order surcharge of €15 for goods worth less than €100 (excl. VAT)

We charge €10 per order line, unless otherwise stated. We can only supply a certificate if this was stated by you during the request or order, as we do not always have a certificate available for every offered article.

We charge €5/box, €10/board or disposable pallet, €15/euro pallet, €18/sheet pallet.

Within the Netherlands we use different rates per region and carriage paid amounts. You can find this on the quotes and order confirmations.

Please always in advance, preferably by mail, contact us or use us contact form.. In consultation, only undamaged stock items will be taken back at 80% of the sales price. It is also possible that we have delivered too many or the wrong products, you can return these and they will be credited at 100% upon arrival.
When returning an item, always include a copy of the packing list or order confirmation so that we can determine what the return relates to.
